Transfer / Consolidate

There are 3 steps involved in transferring data between folder.

Step 1: Specifying both the source and target folders

Step 2: Indicating which options to use

•  Add - Add records from the source to the target regardless of whether it        exists in the target.
•  Overwrite - If the same record exists in the target, overwrite it.  Otherwise it      will be added.
•  Merge - If the same record exists in the target, merge the two together.         Otherwise it will be added.

  Transfer only recipients attached to a form - If a name exists in the recipient      database and that entity has no forms entered under it, the information will not be      transferred.
